A paparazzi recently went too far to get a shot of Berry and her daughter when they trespassed on private property, a legal complaint has been filed and an investigation is pending.

As well as enjoying mother hood the academy award winning actress has teamed up with cosmetic company Coty, to develop a fragrance and to appear in its advertising campaigns. The line will be available in 2009 and Berry is allegedly earning 3 to 5 million dollars plus royalties.
